Creating
a successful web presence is very specific, requiring a combination
of skills in the areas of marketing, psychology, arts and technology.
The focus and target audience of each project is unique as well
as the technological needs. For example, graphic design requirements
of a merchant are very different than those of a travel agency.
This is why it is not possible to know specific web design rates
in advance. The rates listed on this page as well as time limits
are guidelines. A proposal will be sent on request.
Custom web sites developed by the RJ & L Creations
are designed economically and efficiently. We charge
for our web page designs by the page (equivalent of normal
business correspondence size) at $50.00 per page. You
may submit your own choice of graphics (pictures and artwork)
or draw from our library. Our procedure for development
is simple but effective. First, the customer provides
a detailed resume complete with affiliations, licenses, associations,
areas of practice, and any other information available (we
can subtract, but adding is a little dangerous!). We
then assemble the material complete with graphics and hyperlinks,
design a draft of the site, and place it in a "private"
viewing area. The customer notes any changes, additions,
etc., and informs us. After correction, the customer
takes another look, approves or disapproves the site as noted
and obtains necessary company approvals, if any, and finally,
after all else is done, is invoiced and the site is placed
in public view. The whole process can be completed within
72 hours and could probably be completed in one working day.

Sites
are designed on 'contingency', that is, no customer is billed
for the site until it is completed to the total satisfaction
of the customer. A initial retainer is billed. Changes
to previously approved web sites, additional custom work, cgi
scripts and other form designs, streaming audio/video, etc.,
and photo scanning are billed at our normal hourly rate of $55.00
per hour with maximums quoted prior to beginning the job.

We
accept no work of a prurient or "adult" nature.
There is no setup fee for sites designed by RJ & L Creations.
However, if the site is imported from another provider to a
new hosting service's server, we charge a one-time setup fee
of $25.00. We offer a nominal monthly maintenance fee for updating
existing pages, graphics and back-up of files of web site. Fees
start at $35.00 per month.
